As we manufacture the products from a reputed RMG factory, we depend on Local BD market fabric as per market resources. If you are not satisfied with our quality after using the product as per our washing care guidance, kindly let us know, our management team will contact you about the issue, and they will verify as per our policy by discussing it with you. If we found a problem with your evidence, to your satisfaction, we will try to refund you with a maximum amount of product value or credit facility for the next purchase as per your choice.

Care Label

Please follow the care label we attached to each of the products before use, and for better understanding, kindly read the below points.

১। কাপড়ে ব্লিচ অথবা ক্ষতিকারক ক্যামিক্যাল যুক্ত ডিটারজেন্ট ব্যাবহার করবেন না।
২। গরম পানিতে কাপড় ভিজিয়ে রাখবেন না। কাপড় ওয়াশ করার জন্য ট্যাপ এর নরমাল পানি ব্যাবহার করুন।
৩। ডিটারজেন্ট পানিতে ১০-১৫ মিনিট এর বেশি কাপড় ভিজিয়ে রাখবেন না।
৪। গাঢ় রং এর কাপড় এবং হালকা রং এর কাপড় আলাদা আলাদা ওয়াশ করুন।
৫। কাপড় ধোয়ার সময় খুব জোরে কাচঁবেন না বা শক্ত ব্রাশ দিয়ে ঘষবেন না।
৬। পানি ঝরানোর জন্য মোচড়াবেন না, হালকা চেপে পানি ঝরান।
৭। রোদে দেয়ার সময় উল্টা করে (ভেতরের সেলাইয়ের অংশ বাইরে রেখে) রোদে দিন।
৮। কাপড় শুকানোর জন্য কড়া রোদ পরিহার করুন।
৯। কাপড় অবশ্যই স্টিম আয়রন করে ব্যবহার করুন।
১০। ওয়াশিং মেশিনে কাপড় ওয়াশ করার সময় কোল্ড ওয়াশ অপশনটি সিলেক্ট করুন।
